I’m Camryn. Human, mother, wife, daughter, writer, nature lover, community gatherer, therapist, and Reiki practitioner. I found Reiki in 2016, where I fell in love with the philosophy that in order to heal others, you must first commit to the journey of healing yourself. I believe that in healing the self, we can then heal our communities and our precious planet. This journey led me to pursuing my Masters of Counseling in 2020 to increase my capacity to support people in mind, body and spirit healing. This is why I started The Harmony Collective: to create spaces for self reflection and love, healing through community, and connection to nature. As a therapist, my approach encompasses the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I believe in the healing power of sharing your story, exploring your inner world, and deepening your relationships. Rooted in nature, I partner with the wisdom of the earth to help clients find grounding and support. Our work together will include mindfulness-based practices, ecotherapy, somatic exploration and traditional forms of talk therapy to treat your whole self. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and more.
