A nourishing space for mothers to connect, slow down and come home to themselves.
Mindful Mamas is a welcoming community for mothers and those becoming mothers. It’s a place to slow down, exhale, and feel supported as you move through the many seasons of motherhood.
We gather through ceremony, nature, reflection, and community in ways that gently support the nervous system and honor the body’s wisdom. There’s no pressure to show up any particular way — you’re invited to come exactly as you are.
We believe motherhood is meant to be held in community, with space for depth, play, grief and joy. Let this be your reminder that you were never meant to mother alone.
Ceremony Circles
Ceremony circles offer an evening of reflection, gentle movement and ritual. These are open to anyone who identifies as a mother, as well as those who are pregnant or preparing to welcome a baby.

Wheel of the Year Series
Join us for solstice and equinox gatherings as a way to honor the seasons together. These gatherings are for the whole family and rooted in simple ritual, presence, and connection with the natural world.
